I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing! Absolutely no professionalism. Employees working till 11:00 pm in the night and still the management is always disrespectful of its employees

Dislikes

The top management has no corporate etiquette. No appreciation for the hard work. The management makes sure that the staff doesn’t have any work life balance.
