Terrible culture, No proper training, no proper handover Provided at the time of joining. Management and HR head wants fake pemparing, and love being treated as I as suprime one. No equality in the coworkers. People liking foot gets preference above skills set. Nothing to learn much from coworkers. Regret joining this organisation. Hiring done by making False commitments.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
