The company is very good at hiring talent and compensation is far better than other peers in the industry. They have some real marque brands that they serve adding to the brand value....

Dislikes

the first organisation to announce pay cuts March 2020 even before the covid impact was fully felt prompting other companies to take drastic measures of pay cut and retrenchment. Also very poor corporate culture filled with favoritism, internal politics and retention of wrong resources right from the very top to bottom.... For a career growth you need to be in the good books of your reporting manager. Else, forget growth, the job itself will not remain.... No assortation of an employees actual contribution is made. Retrenchment at the grass root levels will not save cost, it will cause problems in overall business operations - this is something peregrine has to learn. Retrench or terminate senior level employees at head office who cannot justify salary. Peregrine will never do this. They will either terminate or create situations that your best resources walk away......Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
