Unethical working practices & psychologically unsafe working enviroment. Asking people to voice opinions fearlessly and then retaliating when they raise concerns by giving them low performance ratings, no growth, isolation, constant criticism, blocking lateral movement within the organization.. the list is endless. HR enables the unhealthy work enviroment and toxic managers telling the grieving employees that its their fault and they should quit/look for another job. Senior leadership lacks integrity and is just focused on looking good to their managers in the US despite having very low OHS scores and their teams on the brink of burnout. its a shame because PepsiCo is a renowned brand name and is a dream job for many....Read More

Routine work, too much of bossism politics. Not employ friendly. No scope for skill development. Benefits are not equilly applied to every employee in the company.

Some Top level Managers in HR are biased. Also there is an Annual Survey called Operations Health Survey (OHS) where they don't take feedback positively and instead screw up ratings, hikes and bonuses of employees at Junior level.

Learning new systems and standards and latest technology you can see

Dislikes

While it's commendable that the company promotes diversity and gender inclusion, I have observed that, in some cases, female employees who may not meet the same qualifications as their male counterparts are being hired. This has led to a perception that male employees are being overlooked, which can create an imbalance and affect team morale.
