Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company polies are good appraisals are fair and they give good appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus ever year

There is a lot of politics and the management doest adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resignation on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting struggled abit in he beginning as there was no formal training sessions I learnt everything on the ob I got a chance to wer multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different rules within the same team

Earlier culture was too good. People came from rekitt and bright lot of senior persons from there and culture turned bad.

While it's commendable that the company promotes diversity and gender inclusion, I have observed that, in some cases, female employees who may not meet the same qualifications as their male counterparts are being hired. This has led to a perception that male employees are being overlooked, which can create an imbalance and affect team morale.
