It is a good company with good perks and yearly appraisal.

Dislikes

Office politics, promotions based on favouritism, no work life balance, they claim one thing on paper but the reality is completely different. Toxic work culture with managers following the advice/feedback based on fellow co-worker/co-workers who happen to be a favourite of the manager. So basically they are the defacto managers of yours. Your work doesn't get recognised despite you working hard.
