Company culture is very good with no micro management from boss. No fixed working hours, you just have to focus on complete your tasks at hand before time. Company motivates you to learn automation and visualisation tools to streamline the process and gives you enough trainings on that. Good distribution of Bonuses and hike if your business for which you are supporting has performed well. Free chips and cold drinks in office+to and fro transport facility+190 rupees everyday to spend at cafeteria....Read More

Since everyone has a IC role in this company so reporting managers are very less aware about your work. Transactional work is more so be aware during your Interview.
