Likes

Good set of people, especially the top leadership. Approachable and friendly but when it comes to work, they are very strict

Dislikes

Some of the mid management leaders are very poor leading to dissatisfaction in employees.

Great Work Culture and Employee benefits. Regular engagement activities Working at pepperfry is Fun and very satisfying. Management is very supportive and they keep employee benefits in mind while framing policies. Pepperfry has open door policy and you will often see CXO's on the floor interacting with the employees.

Work at Pepperfry is very satisfying. Your efforts are always appreciated and rewarded. They take all employees for Offsite every year and arrange great engagement activities.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
