Great Work Culture and Employee benefits. Regular engagement activities Working at pepperfry is Fun and very satisfying. Management is very supportive and they keep employee benefits in mind while framing policies. Pepperfry has open door policy and you will often see CXO's on the floor interacting with the employees.

Work at Pepperfry is very satisfying. Your efforts are always appreciated and rewarded. They take all employees for Offsite every year and arrange great engagement activities.

On the job training is not given to new role. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

You will shuffle anytime from any dept to any location, dept. HR policies are handicapped for employee. Senior management team is rude, igoistik, HOD always changing every year, again you have to prove yourself for new HOD. Long working hours , not even following government labour laws for national holiday work payout. Bad work life balance due to some senior management.
