They pull us out by offering a great salary package & torture us for the rest of life.no skill development.no support from higher authorities.lots of pressure.lot of calling activities.its a living hell..dont join this company no matter what.even if the salary is less try to work in a company that makes you happy guys.

It is good for freshers who are new to acquiring some skill sets as there are manual work pressure for small type of work also. There is no compulsion in dressing whatever one want can wear. Performance Bonus of Twenty Percent is not given all the time, in FY 22-23 it was said that company is not performing hence not given, so whoeever is planning to join must try to negotiate on Fixed Salary only as Twenty Percent Performance Bonus is just a bubble to attract new joiners, all our financial commitments are destroyed when company announces such thing, hence please negotiate on Fixed Salary only or tell them to merge Variable Performance bonus in Fixed Salary. Work pressure of meeting deadlines are there, since the ERP is not efficient enough hence manual work load increases even for small work consumers lot of time since a proper automated system is not there. Weekends are just for saying, be ready to work on weekends also....Read More
