Likes

The work environment in Pepperfry was very conducive. Company supports it's employees at professional front. However, the job is very challenging and get many new things to learn and develop our skills. Overall it's a great experience in the company.

Dislikes

At times it becomes very hard to keeput a balance between professional and personal life, due to volume of work.

I was working as a Case Manager in office of the CEO and my job was to overlook on the various things to ensure that things are progressing diligently at varoused stages of order processing..

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
