The portal is smooth and user-friendly. They use the technology well. Show intent for constant growth. Some editors are really good and encouraging. There are some exceptional individual talents there.

Dislikes

The company culture sucks. They don't give any phone numbers. The only way to communicate with them is to generate a ticket at the portal and communicate through the mail. They will reply when they get time or if the topic is convenient for them to reply otherwise they just ignore you. Some editors are really bad, they just discourage you with their comments. They don't understand the responsibility of the job they are assigned to. They manipulate the workflow and only provide work to writers who purchase their products or whom they personally like.
