Job security. They laid off 50+ employee without any prior notice, after this event which shocked every individual in the organization, more than 50 employee resigned because there are no job security. They are planning to lay off few more by September'23. The company will be bankrupt soon, they have no major clients with them right now. Investors are pulling out and people stopped trusting them.

They don't have much clients to allocate the work to freelancers. They have hired so many freelance writer & don't have work to allocate. Trouble in submitting assignment Payment delays by 5-6 months No clarity from their side on anything No response on mail or phone call Basically, don't join Pepper content if you are considering this as your primary source of income.
