1) Good policy for employees 2) Good safety policy in place 3) Compliance is much better 4) MD is down to earth for all category of employees. He is much concerned about the health & safety of employees. Etc.

Dislikes

1) Instead sourcing, major purchases/procurements is being done by user department (except Rates negotiations and raising of PO). 2) Personal approach of HR team with the employees on shopfloor is missing. 3) Few employees (departments) are still working “Work From Home” as there is No existence of Covid here in Goa. So much so, uniformity policy is also missing.

Pentair is an American MNC and due to this sometimes you may get an opportunity to travel overseas.

Dislikes

Pentair as a global organization is good but the local leadership is terrible. Unless an expat comes and brings in cultural change the Indian branch will continue to be in shambles. To get promoted you have to wait for decades.

There's is play of politics inside management level and addressal to issues is poor. On the job training is not given to news joined employees.
