Admin and accounts support has to stand in need, the expected date of paycheck is still undecided. Though the salary comes on time by 5th of every month. There were efforts observed by the HR in the last few months of 2023 regarding early release of the salaries on 1st day of every month

The colleagues are good and supportive.

The management's response to handling responsibilities is very poor. There are constant delays in addressing matters related to increments and documents. The higher authorities are very unsupportive and do not assign positions according to a person's experience. Hiring and termination s eem like a game to them. The increment process is time-consuming and yields no results. The work culture is very poor, and I would not recommend this place for a job....Read More

If you are lucky you will get chance to work under good manager and supportive team but that's very unlikely.

Worst management, Company does not differentiate good developer and bad developers they just care about results and deadlines no focus on coding part. HR policies does not have any employer perks other than monthly salary, Zero work culture.
