They are not following proper development tools and technology. They are not providing any documents for requirements. Just explaining is enough. I am a Java developer but after 2 months they change my team and given work on the UI framework (EXT js). Job security is very less.

At Peel-Works had great teammates and loved the way they took their works seriously and at the same time had some fun time. Great opportunity to learn new things.

Did not get time to improve on personal skills as had work at all times and new requirements and hot fixes at regular intervals with releases at late nights

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product and has global client base. As a result. I got travelled all over India. Another plus point is my colleagues came from various cultural baground. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high. I have to work 10 - 12 hours straight in a day.
