The work culture is super cool and professional
The learning curve and its corresponding graphs on our career are noticeable.
On-boarding and exit including F & F are seamless - Great HR team

A flat hierarchical structure is followed, for senior roles such as Portfolio management/DGM/GM/Director, internal talents are not given a chance to prove through an interview or any other quantitative or qualitative analysis. Successors being given a chance with promotion is not equivalent to giving chance to internal talents. If MD and business heads keep changing the thought process keeps changing and before success or failure hits, the new leader sets a new pathway, and with no choice left, the path is adopted. Products are created and then customers are forced to consume resulting in lower sales, customer-centric products if evolve are stopped without evaluating the market impact through a pilot. If an author is on-boarded whether the book sells or not, an author needs to be heard by the senior management at least once a year. New products push into the market by sales are very low and dilutes the motivation to build anything new, these are a few of the vital observations....Read More
