I just want to say about Pearl Continental that it is the best organization. All staff members are very supportive n helpful. They give us training on different topics to enhance our knowledge. Environment is comfortable and secure.

I am in Pearl continental from last 19 months. I am cook there. My challenge is to satisfy guest as per there demand.

The company is open to innovation and this company is truly grooming personalities. Coworkers and managers are very friendly. In fact all the other department managers are ready to help you for carrier growth.

Work pressure is very high. Somtime I have to work 12 to 15 hours

My work is related to the hotel inventory like housekeeping department linen stewarding department crockry, cutlery and glass ware. Also look after inventory of the stores like food items and engineering items.
