1: Only good Thing is Night shift allowance (If u are in night shift) Else it's just like a fish bait to attract employees to work for them and then they shift them to day shift(To save allowance) 2: Fixed Leaves: You can avail it any time 3: Nice Cafeteria

1: This whole company is under control of few Himachallies ,there decision is final decision,from appraisal to other things.They promote and support there peoples.. 2 No Job security: Yes it's right, recently they fired bunch of people's just because there TL don't like them( In the name of Lay off)..and this thing accepted by HR also..No performance,No team Bonding,No Discipline matters(So be careful of that "Our company is a Family" Word)..They can put you In PIP or fire you.. 3:Fake Promises: Be alert at the time of Joining and Appraisal( They manipulate the percentage) 4: Toxic TL: Few TL are Excellent by nature but some due to there toxic mind set are humiliating there team members..So if you can then choose your TL wisely (Or shift yourself),Some even note the time you taken in washroom/Urinals or in cafeteria and share it with supervisor (Yes there are few TL also..
