Toxic work culture Will blind you by offering a number but dont get intimidated. Very poor work process. How they depict if you are able to work under pressure or not, so they expect you to extend your sitting hours usually 10 hrs. Promotion not that easy unless and until you are a good licker. HR department also works for them not for you.

Totally useless Company, only set up as an outsourced model for the U.S. to do backend work. Leadership is ineffective and useless, posting employee high end stuff on LinkedIn to show off but Company culture is pathetic. No career growth, training, salary increase. Managers treat employees like shit and threaten them with termination. If you tell HR or India head, they do nothing.
