HR department is worst non supportive specially Jadhav and Athreja. all decision are taken on basis of union and bad part is union had never supported employee they demand money for any kind of work from staff or employees ( Parab). Because of clashes between union and HR department employees suffer no job security false commitmentsdone all hinduja staff have fed up from this 2 department people this is the reason staff are leaving jobs<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
