It is very clear that this position is not for someone who is looking for experience in healthcare managment. I will segment it further: 1st you are told during the interview that people who have done MBA also accept this job because it gives you exposure infact it is the opposite. 2nd once you are hired on board you certainly realize that you work as a nurse there even though we don't actually have those qualifications, we are forced to do the roles and responsibilities. 3rd If anyone of us tried raising this issue to the head, the very next day you are being called by the nursing head and we are asked to signed the piece of paper which certainly has modified the job role i.e. to a nursing job responsibilities. I mean how is it fair to first make freshers understand that this is management kind of position and once hired you are doomed. I was one of them. Many of us are bound to some liabilities and thus do not speak.! I think this is a good platform to let other people know about the reality. I would like to give deep insight about my experience at P.D. Hinduja talking about the job role they mention it as clinical coordinator but it is a complete nursing job which is the worst part about this big organisation. They fool u first by stating different job responsibilities and then will expect u to do patient dressings,change bed sheets and attend doctor’s bells and giving them files. People with MBA degrees are working there for this job position. Too much toxicity and politics,total harassment atmosphere even the HRs there are least interested and toxic. The work culture is good. People here are good and rooted to their culture at work. Job security and timely salary is an add on. Great exposure and brand name.

As you can see rest reviews already about hinduja hospitals known department customer care the hitler rajshri and leroy keeps on abusing shouting the staff you butter them up tada promoted increment and u dont then u get zero i left from the organisation 3 years back almost but after seeing the rest reviews i thought i should write one as well about my experience hospital is fantastic no doubt but leroy favourite puppet of her only does morning shifts no sunday duties no public holidays while others have to they have no choice atall no leaves are given if ur asking months prior dictatorship goes on...Read More

But when it comes to customer care ... It's just a horrible because of Manager Ms.Rajshri mehta ... All the opportunity are only given to her favourite staff Mr. Leroy hikes ,shifts ,leaves everything is given to him and other staffs literally work like labours , they don't even get time to have lunch ... And best employee awards are given to staff who is close to her or gives her to eat whatever she likes... She is women who will keep grudges on u if u speak up for urself , there so called briefings kept for hours and hours so that 7-3,8-4 , 9-5 all staff logouts at one time post 5 pm cuz briefing which starts at 2:30 ends at 5 pm as it's mangers leaving timing ... Rest staff have to wait to complete the remaining work which was incomplete because of briefing and briefing is not a big it's just a sessions of abusing staff by manager and by Mr. Leroy.....Read More
