I learnt and worked on multiple technologies. It was awasome.

Dislikes

Politics in I.T is very bad and many of people's are leaving the organization. Compliance team is playing Shakuni roles in IT. They are very bad people and dont know the corporate professionalism. I hate this type of organisational structure. And also work life balance is zero.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
