There’s nothing to like. It’s the worst company ever.

I had a very disappointing experience working at Omnicom. The company has no job security, and mass layoffs are common, with little to no warning. The higher management, especially the CEO and CFO, do not care about the employees. There is no transparency, and decisions seem to be made without thinking about the impact on people’s lives. One of the worst things is the toxic environment, especially the business CEOs. The CEO there openly abuses team members in front of others during meetings. This behavior is not just unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. It creates a culture of fear, and there’s no regard for an individual’s self-respect. The company has a history of unethical transactions, including routing significant funds toward a well-known mobile brand (I’ll give you a hint: the name rhymes with Snapple). The HR leadership lacks professionalism, and the policies and committees seem tobe driven more by favoritism than by merit. The legal team appears to facilitate these questionable activities rather than ensuring compliance. The Company hired almost 1000+ individuals in the name of expansion....most of the hired talent had a stable career and wanted growth like everyone else. 6 months past the company and the top bosses were not able to get work from global agencies so they started laying off people. An international company like Omnicom failed at studying the market and the newly hired talent had to pay the price. I would never recommend anyone to work there!!...Read More

Nothing. They make you feel everything is sugar and nice but then will throw you out all of sudden to hide their own fault.

Poorly skilled managers and illiterate higher management in India. The higher management only believes in “my way or highway”. Those who will do only as the senior management says will stay there.
