They will first hire you on fixed salary and then they can shift you to off role anytime. Worst company I have ever seen. They want only that sales employee who can listen there manager abuse and shit and doesn't say anything. Amit Kumar (South Delhi) Area sales manager he is the worst manager I have ever seen. He doesn't know how to talk to there colleagues. If you want to play with your career then you can surely join this shit company. They even don't pay the salary on time. Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Only thing could be they pay u good to get you in the organisation (for few months).

Dislikes

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

The only good thing was remote work which does not exist anymore.

Dislikes

Everything. No vision. No task prioritisation. Things are always on fire, every requirement comes as an ad-hoc task and the deadline to complete was yesterday. Incompetent and rude middle managers and leadership; especially in the product team. Do yourself a favour and please stay away from Paytm.
