THEY CAN FIRE YOU ANYTIME No Job security at all 1. Poor work-life balance (deployment go till 12-1 AM at night twice a week sometimes) 2. No motivation (no appreciation of good work) 3. Poor increment 4. No clear plan for the product's future (at least the one which my team is working on) 5. Poor management of employees 6. Use of a good tech stack is done. Good architecture is followed. Company instead of supporting, has fired employees giving an excuse of performance. Employees were never told anything about performance and without warning they fired. Forcefully made employees give up all of their leaves and told that they have given up voluntarily. Rapid development and deployment. The time to market it really less.

Well the work culture is bad. Hr people is irresponsible and nonprofessional. The polices are not clear and there is no employee benefits. The appraisal is not very clear either. In my case i recieved my letter in August expected month was june. The technology stack is old. Since the time to market is less . They focus on quantity rather than quality code.
