No employee value..they hire slave not employees.. HR is a person specialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

The only good thing was remote work which does not exist anymore.

Everything. No vision. No task prioritisation. Things are always on fire, every requirement comes as an ad-hoc task and the deadline to complete was yesterday. Incompetent and rude middle managers and leadership; especially in the product team. Do yourself a favour and please stay away from Paytm.
