There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Every thing is good is depend on your manager. If your manager is good every thing smooth for you. I am COE/operation - merchant onboarding process If you are going to join this department and you are good bootlicker so please join ASAP

Slow growth Manager think they are Baap of company Jaatiwaad by local and so called stable employees * This is only I observe in COE department Otherwise there is nothing to dislike

The list will be endless. Giving few bullet points. No Job security at all, it's like a Lala company where anytime you can be asked not to come to office from tomorrow. No work life balance. Higher management people has absolutely no clue about market realities, they live in parallel universe created by their own. Toxic and non cooperative environment within the organisation.

Everything. No vision. No task prioritisation. Things are always on fire, every requirement comes as an ad-hoc task and the deadline to complete was yesterday. Incompetent and rude middle managers and leadership; especially in the product team. Do yourself a favour and please stay away from Paytm.
