Very partiality and whom ever they want they will save and all good and hard working will be fired with silly reasons. Appraisal & promotions are there even in no appraisal time for few so called people who are so called hard workers. If your focused only in work it's not cool, You will be dragged into any matter. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
