mainly work life balance and salary. Initially company provided many good benefits for employees but later some cheap employees doing cheap tricks then company started cost cutting. Otherwise, a very good organization. Only one bad thing is lay off's - not sure when they announce lay off

No job security. Frequent leadership change. No QA Team , Developer has to take their own responsibility to test their features and deploy in live. Previously work life balance is so goodbut now a days, support team is also getting removed and the developers are forced to do the oncall support along with the regular work even if you have concerns. Paypal has terrible work life balance . Management shows no concern for employees well being, toxic culture. You can join for money but job security is non existent. Worst company to join.

Depends on department, there is no career growth it depends on how close your with the management to move to next level, people who have knowledge stay at same place but people who just speaks are upgrading without any knowledge
