Good for freshers to start their career, can learn payroll processing from start to end.

Dislikes

Unnecessary rules, restrictions, even can't talk to eachother at workplace can't use mobile phones, strict with timings

It's very good company to get practical knowledge of payroll and accounting process.

Dislikes

Employees issues not taking seriously by company management.

I'm very thankful to my previous company becuase I have learn a lot of things from there I have got lot of practical knowledge which will help me to utilise skills, knowledge which is I'm learnt from payline.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
