PAYISM TECHNOLOGY name is changed now in EQITY CAPITAL ADVISOR INDIA PVT LTD (ECAPS) I'm worked 2 years but company not deposited my PF .my experience with this com very 3rd class .even I'm leaving this com my PF and claim not paid to me ..for my side this is a fraud company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The company is open to innovation and easily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The unnecessary work pressure is very high. I have to work 14_18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Seniors do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
