Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year ..

Work Details

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. Iearnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that hepled me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
