Nothing. Worst culture. No support from management in normal conditions so how can we expect that support in crisis.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the mgt. Doesn't address employee issue. High salary deduction , no parity in salary in last 3 to 4 months. No proper formulated salary structure as per government criteria. , Advance salary of 50% of per month gross salary then u will get offer because they very well known how their feedbacks in market.
