I am loving working for Pavers England LTD as, in this company I have learned lots of things like how to deal with team mates, how to deal with different types of customer and a lot. Important part of this company is, they always give new types of training in each quater. This treat each and everyone equally.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike working here but I think I deserve something better which I am not getting here. So, planning to move out for some better opportunity for my courier growth.

I never seen any team work inside the paver, only I went to know about pavers in 4 year only 1 time. salary appraisal got also 1 time in 4 year.travel I have done with my expense. no leave they providing. always bloody reasons. only some times store managers are good. not company management and HR.

only salary we can get on time. other than service or management, travel, all are not even in dreams. the career growth is on depend on sales. but the fun is if you doing 1 lakh per day also they will ask 50 % extra.. cant balance life with pavers. only spent your full day to them and get harassment only

Hr Policies are very good and the customer service are nice, appreciated by customers as well. The head of the company who takes care in India is very humble and friendly by nature.

Management have internal politics, so because of this reason favouritism and other issues created. So because of this reason employees had to leave the organisation.
