I wouldn't suggest anyone to join this institution as they will only take advantage of your skills, honesty and dedication. There is no growth in terms of appreciation and salary. A peon's would be earning more than you do. Only thing that works efficiently here is politics, slavery, money mindedness, being ill treated, getting yoursalary deducted for unexplained reasons and taking advantage of your goodness.
