Likes

Amazing work environment. No balance between personal and professional life. They arrange endless meetings post working hours. Difficulty in talking leaves. Even if you are ill you have to assign work to thr students. They don't bother about your personal and mental health.

Dislikes

No work life and personal life balance. Extreme work pressure. No support from senior leadership team. Management is fatal. Resigning policy not transparent.

Work Details

awful. no balance..even you have working Saturday and not a penny is paid.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
