At the time of joining the school, we were told that Saturday is off but maybe once or twice we have work for urgent cases. With the time, we start working almost every Saturday & sometimes for no really a valid reason. If we working extra, we should be compensated accordingly. The compensation is not equivalent to the work load that we have. Working long hours in the weekdays is very stressful and when we also have work on a Saturday, is even worth because one also have a life & a family to look after....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
