Job Overview:
Pathways World School Aravali is looking for a skilled and passionate Classical Kathak Dance Teacher to join our IB school community. The teacher will instruct PYP/MYP/DP student fostering an appreciation for Indian classical dance culture and artistic expression in line with the IB curriculum.

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach Classical Kathak dance techniques theory and performance to students (PYP/MYP/DP)
2. Develop and deliver creative engaging lessons that align with the IB framework.
3. Encourage students' artistic growth and performance skills through regular assessments.
4. Promote cultural understanding and respect for Kathak traditions.
5. Collaborate with faculty to integrate dance into the wider school activities.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or certification in Dance with specialization in Classical Kathak.
2. Proven teaching experience preferably in an IB or similar academic environment.
3. Strong understanding of Kathak dance techniques history and cultural significance.
4. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
