• Manage SEO to improve website ranking and organic traffic
• Plan and execute regular Content Marketing to build healthy backlinks

SEM: Lead Generation & Nurturing

• Plan, execute and manage lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.
• Work closely with the admissions team to optimize conversion rates.
• Set up and track lead nurturing email campaigns to guide prospective parents through the admission process.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize conversion.
• Implement UTM tracking and heatmaps for better website and campaign analysis.
• Benchmark against competitor performance to identify areas for improvement.

Website

• Maintain website hygiene with regular audits, updates, fresh content and suggest enhancements.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google My Business & Search Console.

Social Media: Content Strategy

• Develop a content calendar aligned with academic cycles, events, and marketing goals.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice, tone, and objectives.
• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize content performance.

Online Reputation Management

• Actively monitor comments, messages, and reviews on all digital platforms.
• Manage and improve the schools online reputation on Google Reviews, Quora, and other educational forums.
• Address negative feedback professionally and effectively to protect the brand image.

Reports & Data Analytics

• Prepare monthly reports on SEO, Website Performance, SEM Campaigns, Social Media Growth, and other digital marketing activities to monitor performance and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts.
• Research and stay updated on the latest digital strategies and trends.
