Pathfinder is moving on a Semi-Govt. Office culture. In most of the instances, the company is very structured & prompt. The superiors are well mannered & care to take proper care of the sub-ordinates. Salary is being disbursed right on-time every month. One could easily find respect in the professional field & social for being an employee of Pathfinder since it's a quite renowned Educational Institution since 1992. The seniors & superiors help a lot to get acquainted with the job role. The attrition level is quite low. There's nothing as such dislikes about any employer that I have ever worked with. Because every job seeker/professional gets to join with a company after knowing the facts & deals. Hence, in that sense, there's nothing as such disliking I own against Pathfinder. Yes, there are few areas that I feel discomfort with but it's the policy of the organization that I knew before I joined.
