So many things Works on very old technologies like struts, java 1.6,old version tool live svn, too much repeated work maintinace only and mostly late hour working no work life balance, no new thing learning as per market, no growth , outdated with technology Mostly employees who join in path find very difficult to switch b/s of outdated technology they have worked and there are many employees that have experience more than 10 yearscontinisly in one company i.e path only...Read More
