The old management is very good, but new management gets wrong advice from so called experience, that is destroying growth and innovativenes of organisation . There is a lot experience with old people and should come forward

old belief on only Gujarati employee. pl belief on other employees , who are better and fast moving, they will make the company great

i worked for 3 years, implemented SAP MM MODULE, established Purchase deptt, but got little support from gujarati juniors as I was non gujarati. I use to work in time , disciplined, but juniors who has less knowlwdge and always back bitting.
