The only thing that good about during Covid 19 is job security and every thing else was terrible. ( Salary deduction, Leave deduction, Bonus not paid ) . Managers are not allow smart employees to move forward. Managers take credit for the good work and blame to junior employees if it's goes wrong. Major part of knowledge in seniors is only politics. Totally Flattery environment....Read More

Dislikes

Bonus of last 3 years is not paid. Increment is also occurs in every 1.5 years and cutoff date is one year from the date of joining. Salary date is not fixed. Salary increment is depends on your ability to flatter and not on your skills. No professionalism in department.
