Worst culture ever I have worked in.Full of politics . 2.No weightage to skills experience. 3.No use of ur skills n experience n qualifications 4.Business head behaves like Kim John Oong of N.Korea . HR is like a dead body. TOOTHLESS,Rubberstamp ,just doing his job to earn his living after selling his self respect.Never seen n useless HR like him even in a small company. Company has kept n HR just to fill a position of HR .. 4.No training or skills improvement infact you will hardly use ur previously learnt skills in this company .Only thing u need to b successful is politics ,backbiting like females n 👢 licking. 5. Company doesn't mind to carry you even if u don't work but u need to be very gud at b. licking n politics ,Company has lot of revenue so don't bother about business at all. 6.Earlier Business head was corrupt ,used to sell established business to new distributors in exchange for bribe .B.Head was characterless also ,later thrown out of the company. Baba's brother who heads the dairy division n final decision maker will not listen to you even if u have proofs. Although Swami Ramdev is noble person with great vision for the nation.But he is not involved in day to day operations of Dairy division, he even doesn't know anything abt wat is goin on in dairy division....Read More
