Likes

The organization has a superb team and leadership which makes work really fun and productive. I love the fact that each individual is held accountable for their roles and has to take ownership. The fact that we are allowed to speak our mind makes us feel welcomed. The compensation is fair enough as per industry standards.

Being a startup, there is still a lot of structure building to be done in various areas but we are working towards it by getting there with the right talent and right policies in place.

Work Details

I lead the Marketing & strategic partnerships team at Pataa where I lead & manage all the offline activities & promotions for B2B & B2C, take care of PR & Brand building I identify partnership opportunities with government & other corporates as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country, International Travel.
