As profile Parle is big company and all products are running in market except some products. Some senior are very helpfull. he always motivate our team and encurage to do your best. Company drawback most important point is that timing is very strict you have to report at distributor point sharp at 9:30 Am and leave the town 6:30 Pm, that is very painfull to all employee. product Rate cutting is very high and big drawback is Distributor billing. Company/Depot always send the short expire stock to distributor and forcelly bill some slow moving products.. that is very painfull, that's why comany does not found distributor in any town easly....Read More

The only benefit that I enjoyed at Parle was the bonus that was given to employees for ever highest sale and the market penetration they have

There's no work culture, no work life balance and they deduct money from salary for no reason. Expense is not reimbursed, ASM's behave like slave-drivers and abuse employees. HR policy is worst and to top that there's no scope for growth
