Very Poor Work Life Balance Late Hours of working. Unstructured way of working. Poor planning of work and timeline providing to senior bosses. Heavy workload and high pressured working environment.

The comfort they have provided to employees. The mental stability of not thinking about the food, rents and transport as everything being provided there. More than than they have a system for everything and everyone. Lot of hierarchy as most of the information been hidden from employees below the manager level.

Work life balance in shift jobs. Sometimes I continue for 20 hrs shift that drain all out of me. No corporate touch.

There is nothing to like about Parle. I was in snacks division and it has 0 acceptance among customers specially Pune, Solapur and Kolhapur. They don't have Distributor and no one is ready to join then due to there unlimited conditions.

Dislikes

It's a school so much boundations and security from co. End. It feels like you are in boarding school.
