There is nothing to like about Parle. I was in snacks division and it has 0 acceptance among customers specially Pune, Solapur and Kolhapur. They don't have Distributor and no one is ready to join then due to there unlimited conditions.

Dislikes

It's a school so much boundations and security from co. End. It feels like you are in boarding school.

I had overall good experience and i have learned a lot during my tenure in Parle.

Dislikes

Appraisal are fair and good, depends on your performance but since i got internal promotions I have not been matched with ASM pay scale which was little disappointing.
