Salary Package is higher. Perks are better

Dislikes

Old coded stocks issues. This is not a proper FMCG company. Hierarchical Manager are orthodox. Employees are not even Treated as humans. Expenses will get hold for months together if monthly targets not achieved. Even Salary too gets hold. ASM/SO as being used as salesman.

TA/DA is good, work life balance is good, have enough time to think.. Pressure is manageable only..we can learn how to handling politics in job.

Dislikes

There is no proper system, ZSM is the god father of the company, employees idea and talent not required for them, all are working as like Marvadi shop employees.
